The Links, Incorporated is an international women’s organization with 274 chapters located in forty-one states, the District of Columbia, Nassau, Bahamas, Frankfurt Germany, and South Africa. The Links’ membership exceeds 12,000.

For over 50 years, the organization has gathered momentum, continuously redefines its purposes, sharpened its focus and expanded its program dimensions in order to make the name "Links" not only a chain of friendship, but also a chain of purposeful service.

Finding talented members has been no problem for this organization. Throughout its history, The Links, Inc. has attracted many distinguished and dedicated women who are individual achievers and have made a difference in their communities.

They are role models, mentors, activists and volunteers who work toward the realization of the vision for African Americans and for persons of African descent worldwide by engaging like-minded organizations and individuals for partnership.

The diverse and talented membership is able to readily problem solve, plan and direct programmatic efforts.

Presently, The Links, Inc. is engaged in implementing expanded program services through the National Program Facets: National Trends and Services, International Trends and Services, Services to Youth and The Arts.
